Planning a 360° wedding? Use this comprehensive checklist to ensure your videographer captures every important moment from every angle.
Pre-Wedding Planning
Before your big day, communicate with your 360° videographer about the key moments you want captured. Create a shot list that includes your first look, the ceremony, key celebrations, and any special moments you've planned.
Visit your venue together to plan camera placements. A good 360° film is all about positioning—where should the cameras be placed to capture the best views of each moment?
On Wedding Day
Make sure your videographer arrives early to set up and do light tests. Discuss the ceremony flow, any special traditions or rituals, and confirm the timing for key moments.
Don't forget to inform your guests that 360° cameras will be filming. Some guests might want to give special messages or perform for the camera knowing it will be preserved in 360°.
Post-Wedding Editing
After filming, work with your videographer on the editing and delivery format. 360° videos can be viewed on phones, computers, or VR headsets, so make sure you have versions optimized for each platform.
